Small Groups

Small Group Strength Training
Designed for groups up to 4 people, these classes are also run in our home studio gym. Great for a small group of friends who like to work out together, I've been running these classes for a few years now. Primarily focused around strength training, we focus on big compound exercises such as, deadlifts, squats, presses and I do love to throw in some hip thrusts and pull ups occasionally. I do include some WOD’s (workout of the day) which is normally a combo of cardio and conditioning training, these little blasts will definitely get the blood pumping.
